TNX customers are shippers, and also transport service providers (3PLs or 4PLs).
In both cases the value is lower transport costs, passing through to higher profitability.
An ideal customer for TNX is:
TNX supports rail and intermodal. But it is really built for trucking.
TNX is especially suited to two areas: First & last mile LTL, and also
FTL floating fleet (i.e. continuous move) where the challenge is form multistop
triangulations to get the truck back home profitably.
Using Private, Subcontracted, and Spot Procurement
Blending trucking capacity is hard and something our AI software does well.
Ideal customers have some controlled trucks, some fixed-rate subcontracted carriers, and some spot priced carriers.
Leveraging Their TMS, Not Replacing It
Artificial intelligence doesn't replace a TMS:
it multiplies the value of it. Our ideal customer has a TMS that they are comfortable with.
Satisfied with Data Quality
TNX won't ask for a lot of data, but the data on transport orders needs to be complete and clean. It is essential to have accurate pickup or delivery windows, weights, and so forth.
